Differentiated from traditional ultra low temperature freezer, DW-HL528S adopts Two-stage Cascade refrigeration technology and matches with R290 and R170 HC refrigerant, which are environmentally friendly and Commonly available on the market.With the frequency conversion technology, DW-HL528S can adjust the output frequency to control the compressor speed in real time to ensure more balanced temperature thus to effectively save energy, which can make the energy consumption as low as 8.111kW · h/24h when in stable operation, according to the Energy Star standard .

About the compressor, the core component to a freezer, DW-HL528S is paired with professional powerful one which can reduce noise and offer users a quiet laboratory environments.And its voltage capacity are available from 110V-230V,avoid any electrical damage caused by variable voltage input.

DW-HL528S has 7-inch smart touch screen to realize a convenient and simple man-machine interaction .The real-time data display on the screen to makes user feel more at ease and with the built-in storage space, its data recording can be up to 10 years.

Besides, Unlocking control system by password protection and user rights management functions, and optional electromagnetic lock ensure sample storage security.The smooth rotating ergonomic handle and high-precision pressure relief elastic valve design makes it more comfortable to open and close the door.  For the Twin-drive Variable Frequency series , DW-HL780 is equipped with dual independent refrigeration systems of which are completely independent to ensure safety and reliability. For if one refrigeration system fails, the other system can still maintain the freezer box temperature keep at -80°C to offer guaranty for valuable samples.

Frequency conversion technology is adopted to control the compressor speed in real time by adjusting the output frequency to ensure more balanced temperature, thus effectively saving energy.It is applicable to power supply environment with different voltage systems, and it can work normally under various voltage environments such as 110V60Hz, 220V50Hz, 220V60Hz, etc.

It also adopt user-friendly design.Three of Φ25mm access ports, convenient end-user to monitor and test temperature.It has four heavy duty casters for ease of moving and Ergonomic handle, smooth rotating handle track and high-precision pressure relief elastic valve make open and close the door easier. Foam inner door design, built-in VIP insulation board and triple independent silicone sealing strip design make the excellent thermal insulation performance and minimize cold loss once the users access samples.
